By accessing or using MOSS's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

To use MOSS, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Services Provided

MOSS provides:

• AI-powered personalized mentorship and learning guidance
• Access to expert mentors from leading tech companies
• Career support including resume reviews, interview prep, and job referrals
• Learning resources, projects, and assessments
• Community access and networking opportunities

Income Share Agreement (ISA)

By enrolling in MOSS's program, you agree to the terms of our Income Share Agreement:

• No upfront payment is required to access the program
• Upon securing employment with annual compensation above $35,000, you agree to pay 8-15% of your first-year salary
• Payments are made over 12 monthly installments
• No payment is required if you do not secure qualifying employment within 6 months
• Detailed ISA terms are available in the ISA Agreement

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Actively participate in your learning journey
• Provide accurate information about your employment status and salary
• Treat mentors and community members with respect
• Not share account credentials or platform content without authorization
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Honor the payment obligations outlined in the ISA

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and technology provided through MOSS remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal educational purposes only.

Job Placement

While we provide extensive job search support and connections, we cannot guarantee employment. Job placement depends on various factors including market conditions, your skills, effort, and employer decisions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MOSS if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Fail to meet payment obligations under the ISA
• Engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform

Disclaimers

MOSS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or salary levels. Your success depends on your effort, skills, and external market factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or platform notification. Continued use of MOSS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
